You’re just a short drive from hospitals, the airport, businesses, restaurants, bars, and just minutes over the causeway to the beaches. This private 1 bedroom apartment offers an open kitchen- living room area, bathroom with shower, large closet with extra pillows, blankets, sheets, beach towels, beach chairs, iron/ironing board and large bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed. The apartment features a retro refrigerator, hot plate, large toaster oven, convection microwave air fryer, electric frying pan, coffee maker and a magic bullet for whipping up your smoothies. Simple Pleasures is fully stocked and includes all utilities, plates, cups, wine glasses, pots, pans and complementary cleaning, laundry, bathroom and condiment supplies to get you started. There are two smart TVs, Wifi and a desk work area for your convenience. The loveseat expands to a twin bed. Basic essentials, toiletries, cleaning supplies and extra linens are provided. There is a washer/dryer on premise for an additional cost.The bathroom features a shower with hand rails, 5 fresh towels, along with hand towels and washcloths. Shampoo, lotions, a hairdryer, toilet paper, and soap is included for your convenience. The apartment has high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, (2) smart TVs with local cable and premium channels so you can stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. All utilizes are included in 1 monthly fee. Guests access the property using a private entrance and digital door lock. We offer a private fenced in outdoor green space with a deck/outdoor furniture and gas grill. There is 1 parking space on property and additional parking on the street.
