The home is staged to welcome up to seven guests. Each room has fresh bed & bath linens. The home has free WiFi and smart TVs. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a dining table for six. The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics and essentials. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a tub, and a walk-in shower. Three bedrooms offer queen-size beds with shared bathrooms, and one room has a full-size mattress. The family room has a foosball table and a pool table, which we welcome guests to make use of. Parking is available on the driveway. The garage is not accessible to guests. We set out a variety of snacks and K pods for the Keurig coffee maker. This is a non-smoking property, not suitable for events, children are welcome. Pets considered pet fees apply. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Both alterations are based exclusively on availability. We require ample time to meet sanitation standards before each new guest. There is a 15-minute grace period after 10 am check-out, a $25 fee ensues every 15 minutes thereafter. If you need to check-in before our 10 am check-out time, and or need to check-out after our 4 pm check-in time; We require the additional night to be booked to accommodate your request.
