Important Update — June 2, 2026
The boat slip is now available! Landscaping is currently underway throughout the complex, with completion anticipated by Memorial Day weekend. All guests must park in the designated guest parking area and walk to the unit until the landscaping work is done. Boaters insurance is required a minimum liability limit of $300,000, and a $50 marina registration fee is due upon arrival.

Recently Refreshed
The villa was recently updated throughout, including new quartz kitchen countertops, new shower tile and flooring, updated lighting and décor, a mini bar, a Margaritaville frozen drink machine, a bait freezer, an electric outdoor grill, and brand-new Polywood outdoor couch, chairs, and dining set.

The Layout
The first floor opens into a bright kitchen-dining-living space with seating for eight, flowing out to a covered balcony with Polywood seating overlooking the water. A half bath and queen sleeper sofa complete the main level. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, private balcony, smart TV, and ensuite bath (shower only). The two guest rooms each include smart TVs — one with a queen bed, the other with two twins. A Pack and Play is available upon request.

Boating & Marina Access
Your included dock (Slip #1) sits at the canal's end for the easiest navigation in and out (right behind the house), accommodating vessels up to 38 ft with electric and water hookups. The Boat House Marina offers trailer parking, a boat ramp (up to 28 ft), fuel, ice, fish cleaning stations, and more — all for separate fees. Only one vessel is permitted per slip; no trailer parking at the villa. For trailer storage and other arrangements, contact the marina directly at 305-481-0653.

Coral Lagoon features an outdoor heated pool with both shaded and sunny seating, plus a private electric grill on the villa's back porch.
