And when you wake up feeling refreshed and ready for action, you'll be able to create a superhero-worthy breakfast with the two-burner electric stove, full-size microwave, mini-fridge, and Keurig coffee maker in your very own kitchenette.

The Factory on Willow is delighted to extend a warm welcome to guests from all around the world! Our beautifully restored hotel apartments offer a comfortable and inviting home away from home as you explore the greater Manchester area.

Each of our units is fully furnished with a combination of original furnishings and modern amenities, including a high-performance mattress and pillows by Bedgear, plush bath and bed linens, and a convenient kitchenette. For your safety and comfort, each unit also features a smart lock and thermostat, as well as large windows to let in plenty of natural light and shades for a restful night's sleep.

In addition to the in-unit amenities, you’ll also enjoy full access to our smart fitness center, smart laundry room, high-speed internet, and smart televisions. Bringing a four-legged friend along? Ask for one of our pet-friendly units on the first or second floor! There is also a fenced-in dog park.

Partake in its rich art scene by spending an afternoon at the Currier Museum, touring Frank Lloyd Wright’s Zimmerman and Kalil houses, or catching a show at the historic Palace Theatre.

More of a sportsperson? Check out a double-A baseball game at Fisher Cats Stadium, or hit the slopes at McIntyre Ski Area in the winter. And, of course, get your fill of the great outdoors by visiting any of the beautiful hiking trails at Lake Massabesic or Bear Brook State Park.

-Check out is at 10:00am. 
-Guests may request an early check-in (up to 2 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.
