Your beautiful unit is fully furnished and prepared for your arrival, featuring a high-performance mattress and bedding, bath towels, and a full kitchenette with all the essentials. To ensure your safety and comfort, each unit is equipped with a smart lock and thermostat, allowing you to control your space with just a tap on your phone.

Throughout the building, you’ll see local and visiting artists' work. We also host artists every 3 months through our Artist in Residency program.

Interested in hosting a sales kick-off or wedding? There is a beautiful event space right on site and you can inquire about booking all 16 of our Airbnbs.

In addition to the in-unit amenities, you’ll also enjoy full access to our smart fitness center, smart laundry room, high-speed internet, and smart televisions. Bringing a four-legged friend along? Ask for one of our pet-friendly units on the first or second floor! There is also a fenced-in dog park.

Visiting an employer, writing a book, or performing at a local theatre? We welcome long-term stays.

-No pets are allowed in this unit. If you would like to bring your pet, please inquire about one of our pet friendly units.  
-Check out is at 10:00am. 

-Guests may request an early check-in (up to 2 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.
