Unit 222: The Enchanted Garden | Pet Friendly Apartment

This Secret Garden-inspired studio apartment features a Bedgear queen-size bed, plush decorative pillows, and a desk & dresser. There is a 2-burner elective stove, mini fridge, microwave, and mini Keurig coffee maker.  The bathroom and kitchenette are ADA-compliant.

This studio is dog-friendly! A doggy bed can be made available upon request. There is also a fenced-in dog park. As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or other animals aside of dogs at our property.    

The Factory is pleased to be able to welcome visitors from all around the world! Make yourself at home in one of our beautifully restored studio apartments, featuring original furnishings paired with modern amenities, as you explore everything that the Greater Manchester area has to offer.

In addition to the in-unit amenities, you’ll also enjoy full access to our smart fitness center, smart laundry room, high-speed internet, and smart televisions.

Throughout the building, you’ll see local and visiting artists' work.  We also host artists every 3 months through our Artist in Residency program.

Interested in hosting a sales kick-off or wedding? There is a beautiful event space right on site and you can inquire about booking all 16 of our Airbnbs. 

Visiting an employer, writing a book, or performing at a local theatre? We welcome long-term stays.

Please note to ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we have security cameras in place in the following common areas: Building lobby , hallways, front and back of the building, parking lots.

HOUSE RULES 
-No smoking allowed. 

-Dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 per dog, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or any other animals aside from dogs at our property.
-No events, parties, or large gatherings. 
-Must be at least 25 years old to book. 
-Check out is at 10:00am. 

-Guests may request an early check-in (up to 2 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.
