Unit 121: Pet Friendly Studio | Squeeze the Day!

If yellow is your favorite color, then this is the place for you. Come visit our lemon-themed apartment at The Factory on Willow. It is a sweet little getaway that has everything you need such as a desk area, smart TV, full kitchenette, full bathroom, and comfortable bedding. You are also welcome to bring your dog with you as this is a pet-friendly studio located on the 1st floor facing the front yard garden, your pup won't have to "hold it" for too long!  As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or other animals aside of dogs at our property.  

The Factory is pleased to be able to welcome visitors from all around the world! Make yourself at home in one of our beautifully restored studio apartments, featuring original furnishings paired with modern amenities, as you explore everything that the Greater Manchester area has to offer.

Your beautiful unit is fully furnished and prepared for your arrival, featuring a high-performance mattress and bedding, bath towels, and a full kitchenette with all the essentials. To ensure your safety and comfort, each unit is equipped with a smart lock and thermostat, allowing you to control your space with just a tap on your phone.

In addition to the in-unit amenities, you’ll also enjoy full access to our smart fitness center, smart laundry room,  high-speed internet, and smart televisions.  

Throughout the building, you’ll see local and visiting artists' work.  We also host artists every 3 months through our Artist in Residency program. 

Interested in hosting a sales kick-off or wedding? There is a beautiful event space right on site and you can inquire about booking all 16 of our Airbnbs. 

Visiting an employer, writing a book, or performing at a local theatre? We welcome long-term stays.

Please note to ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we have security cameras in place in the following common areas: Building lobby, hallways, front and back of the building, parking lots.

HOUSE RULES
-No smoking allowed.

-Dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 per dog, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or any other animals aside from dogs at our property.
-No events, parties, or large gatherings.
-Must be at least 25 years old to book.
-Check out is at 10:00am. 

- Guests may request an early check-in (up to 2 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.
