The second bedroom features a King bed, and TV and the third with a Queen and TV . An adjoining jack and jill bathroom offers a tub/shower combo with two separate vanities. There is a private deck with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy the forest setting and overlook of the pool. The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, weight room, BBQ in the Summer, and underground parking (garage clearance is 6' 9"). The unit is on the 3rd floor, note there is not elevator, stair access only, and has two levels inside, has a maximum occupancy of 8 and allows one pet. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes.
