Located in a quiet peaceful setting, the Sunrise complex is on the snowcreek meadow and mammoth creek, with a red line shuttle stop for access at the top of the road. This upper floor unit, has a full kitchen to prepare all meals with stainless steel appliances, keurig coffee maker, dining area for 6, and a spacious living room where you can enjoy sitting by the fire, or catch a movie or the game. On the lower level is the master bed featuring a Queen bed and a TV, with full bathroom in the adjacent hall with tub/shower combo. Upstairs is the open loft featuring a Full bed, plus twin over twin bunk beds, plus a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. A private balcony overlooks the lovely pool area with an outdoor pool (Summer only), Jacuzzi and public gas grill for your use. The complex has community laundry facilities. This community is conveniently located on the shuttle route, and with hiking trails leading directly from the complex. It is a short walk to Groceries, Coffee Shops, Restaurants & Shops. Just 200 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-round recreation opportunities. There are also EV car chargers available for free use at the Rec Zone. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces, a guest ski locker and is pet friendly allowing one dog. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
