The laundry room is located in the walk-through closet adjoining the bathroom. There is a detached three-bedroom home that shares a driveway, but each space has its own fully fenced private backyard. Please note: No Pets without prior approval, No smoking of any type indoors and within 20 feet of exterior doors and windows, No more than 2 vehicles, You may not receive mail from the USPS, Amazon and FedEX packages are ok.
