During your stay, you'll experience easy and direct access to the water and sweeping lake views from every angle! After a fun day on the water, you can still enjoy the view from the cozy sunroom and patio!Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Welcome to Hickory Haven! When you walk in, you will be greeted by our living room with tall ceilings and large windows to take in the scenery. This space is the perfect place to gather and enjoy the large Smart TV, plush couches, and a fireplace. Head into the kitchen to find everything you'll need to whip up a meal and our dining table for 4. Outside, step onto our patio overlooking the lake! Complete with a gas grill, swing, seating, and a ping pong table! This is the perfect setting for enjoying conversation with friends, taking in wildlife views, or enjoying the water! Please note there is no dock access. When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our 3 bedrooms: (1) The first bedroom has a King bed, Smart TV, and an attached full bathroom. (2) The second bedroom has a Queen bed, Smart TV, and an attached full bathroom. (3) The third bedroom has 2 Twin/Twin bunk beds and a nearby bathroom. * There is also a Twin bed past the living area under the stairs. Our cozy lakeside home is located off of a beautiful, windy drive through a quiet neighborhood in Lowell, Arkansas! Drive just 10 minutes to town, 20 minutes to Springdale's Downtown, or 23 minutes to Rogers Downtown. Our house is located just 10 minutes from the main roads in Lowell. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. -There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
