The house has been newly renovated and it is beautiful; everything in the apartment is new! Relax after a tiring day in the living room with a smart TV, with free access to WiFi, Netflix and Hulu. - 24/7 guest support via message, email, or phone - Professionally cleaned - Self check-in To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. The Space: Enjoy amenities like an in-unit washer/dryer, backyard grill, free coffee, and more! There is an ample street parking in the neighborhood and behind the house off-street parking; no parking pass required! Guest Access: You’ll have the entire house including the backyard to yourself! Interaction with Guests: I am always available via the message app, email, or through text :) The Neighborhood: The neighborhood has an urban feel and is diverse and growing. There are a lot of Historic buildings as most the neighborhood was built around the 1900's. While many buildings and houses have been renovated and look almost new, some need work or are in the process of a major renovation. At the center of the neighborhood is a park named after Kentucky's first governor, Isaac Shelby. The park, Shelby Park, is directly behind the house. A cool cobblestone alley separates the park from the backyard of the house. The park has tennis courts, basketball, a playground, a splash park, and a half mile long running/walking track.
