Public transit options also provide convenient access to explore the rest of Los Angeles. The central location ensures you’re never far from Hollywood, Downtown LA, or other major attractions. While the building doesn’t have security, the area is known for its safety, offering peace of mind during your stay. The Security Deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, subject to deductions for any damages. There will be an additional $500 Refundable Pet Deposit, and $2.16 per pet per night rent payments. Failure to fulfill these conditions may result in the cancellation of the booking without liability to the Host or Landlord.
