Features private patio, window air conditioner in the master, queen bed, 2 twin beds (or 1 king bed if you put them together) in the guest bedroom, one Smart TV, wireless internet, range, toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle, ceramic coffee dripper, crock pot and electric grill. Building with 24-hour security guard, fitness center, pool/hot tub, sauna, large laundry room. Tennis courts, jogging trail, basketball hoops, playground, BBQ grills and picnic tables across the street at Westwood Park. No parties. No smoking. Lots of peace and quiet here. No pets, sorry. Metro Bus, Santa Monica Big Blue Bus, Culver City Bus & LAX FlyAway Bus all stop within one city block. Parking and Getting Around: Walk everywhere. Use public transit to Rodeo Drive, beaches, museums, Downtown LA. Or drive, our condo comes with one parking spot in underground garage. You will have the entire apartment unit to yourself.
