Home Truths: *Neighbors with dogs that bark during the day sometimes. *Neighbor has a recording studio (across from alley), bass is sometimes audible. Sometimes his artists hang out in the alley at night during their breaks and can be heard. He is usually quick to turn off/be quiet when asked. *Property has traffic noise from Glendale Blvd and 5 Freeway that can be heard, especially when windows/doors are open. *As it's true with most of LA, homelessness is present in the neighborhood. It's important to use your best judgement and lock doors and windows. We recommend keeping back gate locked at all times. Don't leave windows open when not present. *Sensitive plumbing, both toilets clog on occasion so be mindful. Pool Heating and Utilities: *Pool heating can be arranged in advance at an additional fee of $100/day and hired for the whole stay. Depending on time of the year it can take 2 days to heat the water. *Pool heating, when hired, is limited to a max of 84F. *Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
