Weve designed the space to feel like a elegant and romantic jungle oasis immersed in plantlife and soft, rich fabrics. Weve also built unique concierge features into the decor of the home where we share all of our favorite local spots to eat, drink and explore using QR code technology. Any online search can tell you that you will be walking distance from the Metro, Grand Central Market, the Broad Museum, Little Tokyo and the Arts District, but what it wont tell you is all the charming local spots that we spent years discovering. A tour through this loft will include detailed videos of the lovely gems weve found hidden in the chaos of DTLA.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note: This listing is in the heart of Downtown LA so there are a few things that come with that territory that you should be aware of. Potential for Noise: Youll be in an urban setting in addition to being in a lively neighborhood so you can expect it to be noisy, especially on weekend evenings. We provide earplugs but if you are an especially light sleeper we dont recommend that you stay here. Transients: Please note, as with many urban areas there can be observable transient traffic. Our building has a security guard at night to keep our building secure. We recommend taking Ubers at night. No OnSite Parking: While we dont have parking onsite we provide our guests with nearby overnight parking recommendations.
