Step inside this cozy, 50's cottage that is fully furnished with an eclectic mix of very comfortable furniture, artwork & posters hanging on the walls, hand-made travertine counters & parquet hardwood floors - you ll appreciate the love and care that has gone into this home. Everything you need is here: The Internet is 1 gig fast. A 55" Smart TV has every channel plus HBO and Netflix. All are included in the rent. Washer and dryer, central heat and a/c, a full kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, filtered water, a Keurig coffeemaker & tea kettle. Pots and pans, silverware, and dishes serve six. The back patio, surrounded by hills covered in Ivy and Bougainvillea is a great place to relax on the patio furniture. The home is reached through a locked front gate and a locked front door. Both are keyless. Once you are inside the house, if someone rings the bell from the front gate, you can see them on video, talk, and buzz them in from your front door.
