Property Summary
You will love the incredible views and outdoor space this property has to offer. I've lived here 13 years and it's been a sanctuary inside of LA for me. This is the top floor of a 4 plex. There are 3 separate 1 bedroom apartments. They will not have any access into the upper house. Shared areas Include the laundry room and backyard. I've filled my house with lots of fun art from my work in the music industry and my many travels. You will hopefully get to enjoy the great sounding stereo, record player, 50" flatscreen tv, the beautiful upstairs garden deck and the lovely outdoor garden. Thisfour-plex has been well maintained and has newer kitchen appliances and quart countertops. 2 full bathrooms with a bathtub in one bathroom. Central heat and AC which you will rarely need to use. Each bedroom has brand new queen size mattresses 8 people max please No parking in the driveway but there is decent street parking (especially for silverlake) and there are no parking restrictions for street parking
