Property Summary

My cozy Spanish home was built in 1923 and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, dining and living room, a great kitchen with breakfast bar, hardwood floors and tiles throughout (1700 sq. feet / 520 sq meters). This home is kept home very clean and uncluttered. The decor is eclectic with treasures, art and furniture that I collected while traveling all over the world. Build-in speakers are in every room. All you have to do is hook-up your iPod. The house is not suitable for young children. Unfortunately, I can't take bookings, nor visitors with children under the age of 12. I also do not allow pets. The spa-like garden is completely private for guests with sun loungers and an outside dinning area that can be heated at night. The heated cabana style patio is furnished with luxurious Restoration Hardware furniture and succulent potted plants. All areas of the house and garden are well lit during the night. The main house and guesthouse are both fully set up with alarm systems and surveillance cameras if you choose to use them. Free Wi-Fi all around the house, 42-inch high-definition TV with 800 cable TV channels. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, state-of-the-art Viking range with oven. There is coffee machine, which I supply the coffee and tea in the kitchen and the drinking water is filtered. Better than bottled water! Microwave, plates, dishes, pots and pans, glasses, cups. The MASTER BEDROOM with en suite bathroom is decorated with art, rugs, books. King size Royal Auping bed with lush high tread count satin/cotton sheets and hypoallergenic linen covered duvet. Double-glazed French doors open to the garden and patio. The 2nd BEDROOM with en suite bathroom is decorated with vintage accessories and framed 1970's prints. Queen size Tempurpedic bed with lush satin/cotton sheets and covered duvet. I provide basic toiletries like hand-soap, toilet paper and facial tissues. All you have to do is pack your suitcase!
