We are minutes from Chateau Marmont and Sunset Boulevard, Beverly Hills, the Beverly Center and the Grove, Cedars Sinai and a half hour from the beach, downtown Los Angeles and the airport. The duplex has been lovingly restored to reflect its Jazz Age origins and features original lighting fixtures and sconces as well as period cabinetry. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout. Living room features a flat screen television with cable service and Wifi for your laptop or tablet. Sunny kitchen features spacious fridge, dishwasher, gas stove and is well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware etc. Laundry room features new washer and dryer. Dining room features a vintage stained glass window and antique dining table for four. Bathroom has been beautifully restored and features original, renovated shower/tub, a pedestal sink and green subway tiles.
