We are a corporate housing company based in Los Angeles since 2012. Our fully furnished 1br apartment comes with stainless steel appliances, full kitchen and includes a washer and dryer in the unit. The suite is located on the 4th floor with a courtyard facing balcony overlooking the water fountain. These are sample pics of our 1 br units which all have similar design and color scheme. Our unit comes with a queen size bed, sofa, dining area, cable TV (2Tvs in unit) and wireless internet. There are 2 assigned parking spaces in our gated garage that is included with the rent. We provide plates, utensils, pots/ pans, towels and linens as well. Our guests can also upgrade internet and direct TV packages as well as schedule additional costs.
