The keys can be collected from a nearby KeyNest location, which has limited hours of accessibility. You will receive the collection code shortly before arrival, once ID verification is complete. ✪ There are fully equipped communal kitchens in the building for your use. Please note you can meet other guests there. ✪ There is no mailing service available. ✪ This unit is located on the first floor. ✪ Get your steps in with stair-only access in this building. ✪ The apartment building is located on Battersea High Street which is a vibrant & bustling pedestrian street. ✪ Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. ✪ A £300 refundable security deposit is required for this property, with an alternative option of a £35 non-refundable deposit waiver. The security deposit is refunded within 14 working days post check-out, assuming no damage to the property. This step is necessary to receive check-in instructions. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. MID-STAY CLEANING FOR LONG STAYS 🧹 For stays over 21 days, a mandatory light cleaning every 2 weeks (£35 per clean) applies. This service keeps your studio fresh and comfortable during extended stays. ✨ Cleaning includes a light refresh of the space – bathroom, floors, surfaces and bins. 🛏️ Linen change + restocking of consumables can be arranged on request for an additional £35. 📅 Cleans are usually scheduled around day 14 and every 14 days thereafter. ❗ Missed cleans are still charged and re-scheduled. 🚪 Access required between 10:00 – 16:00 on cleaning days.
