Home is 1.5 story with only 1 king bedroom and full bath upstairs with a private balcony. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The king bedroom has a full bathroom with shower. The other 2 rooms include bunk beds with a full bathroom in the hall. The home also includes a study, a living room open to the kitchen and dining room and a spacious game room/family room. Home also includes a wide deck perfect for viewing the lake or evenings with nature. This house sits on a half an acre corner lot nestled between nature and the city in a mostly quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are very nice and friendly. It is located less than 4 miles from Lake Livingston State Park and within 10 miles from Hwy 190. There are plenty of eating places nearby along with both a Walmart and HEB for your grocery and shopping needs. Naskila Casino is also within a 25 miles proximity.
