All garbage put in trash receptacle in garage needs to be contained in trash bags. Trash bags are provided.
Please place garbage and recycling out at curb Thursday evenings.
No smoking of any kind anywhere in or on the property including front porch, drive or patio. Smoking on the property will result in request to leave without refund and an additional fine of $500.
Early check-in beginning at 1:00 p.m. is not guaranteed but may be available upon request preferably at time of booking or at minimum 24 hours prior to arrival for a fee of $100.
Late check-out allowing a stay extended to 2:00 p.m. is not guaranteed but may be available upon request preferably at time of booking or at minimum 24 hours prior to departure for a fee of $100.
Feel free to use the grill. Please ensure gas is turned off at the main line located in the storage area under the grill. Grill brush is located under the grill for cleaning. Please clean grill after use. Failure to clean food grates and surrounding area will involve a $75 fine.
