. Dogs, birds and peacocks live on the neighboring properties (a fun and colorful surprise for many guests!);
. No smoking inside the house; there is plenty of comfortable outdoor space available for smokers;
. No parties are allowed. This home welcomes responsible groups, families’ reunions and companies, not party crowds;
. The deepest side of the swimming pool is 11 feet. The house does not provide a lifeguard, and your group is responsible for their own safety at all times;
. We do not offer daily cleaning, unless arranged in advance with the owner (paid separately);
. Décor and furniture may vary slightly from photos due to updates and upgrades;
. Quiet hours must be respected to maintain good relations with neighbors;
. Inflatable beds are provided as a courtesy and may vary in firmness;
. Pets must be approved before booking and will incur an additional fee. No cats (for their own safety, we love cats!) or pit bulls, sorry;
. Extreme weather may affect heating or cooling performance;
. While we address issues as fast as possible, response times may vary depending on the nature of the problem;
. Internet speed is reliable but not guaranteed for heavy streaming or remote work;
. Guests are responsible for basic tidying before checkout (no need to make the beds);
. Please leave the dishes at the dishwasher;
. Please report any damages immediately, so we can address them quickly.
