The Space: Casa Havasu accommodates 14 guests comfortably across 2 living rooms and 6 bedrooms with premium Leesa mattresses and luxury Brooklinen bedding. Every Boutiq home is fully equipped and stocked chef's kitchen. The chef's kitchen is the perfect space to prepare unforgettable meals and comes outfitted with top of the line appliances. Enjoy a movie with family by the pool while you grill and chill -- the perfect evening activity around the home. A large driveway and massive garage provide ample parking for all guest vehicles and lake craft. Guest Access: Guests will enter through the front door with a lock code sent the morning of check-in. Guests have access to the entire home and property, including the private pool and hot tub. The Neighborhood: House is just a few minutes to Lake Havasu and downtown, including the famous bridge. Getting Around: Rental car is highly recommended as Lake Havasu's ride-share services are limited. Other Things to Note: 1) This home is dog-friendly! Once your booking is confirmed and you have let us know the number of dogs traveling with you, you'll receive a payment request for the dog fee of $150 for the first dog and $50 per additional dog (maximum 5 dogs total), plus any applicable taxes. The dog fee is non-refundable and helps ensure dog-related allergens are cleaned for future guests. Please note that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and there may be extra cleaning costs if excessive dog hair is found that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs. 2) Cameras: Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. 3) Coffee: All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee.
