Dana Point Harbor is just 10 minutes away for those that wish to go whale watching. Laguna Beach with its summer art festivals is 15 minutes away. The nearest shopping malls 10 - 15 minutes away include the Irvine Spectrum as well as The Shops at Mission Viejo. For guests visiting along coastal California, this location is the perfect median point between San Diego and Los Angeles. Each destination is only an hour away. Makes for easy access to both locales while staying in South Orange County. Parking is available in the condo driveway and guest parking spots within the complex. Bus stop is within walking distance but it being California, it is best to get around with your own vehicle or Uber. Easy access to nearby freeways. John Wayne Airport is about 20 minutes away and is straight shot using the 73 FWY. The train also stops within the city limits along the 5 FWY. Absolutely no pets allowed by the HOA No parties or noise after 10pm. Note: Air Conditioning available in the living room only.
