*Laguna Hills is a beautiful city conveniently located in South Orange County. This resort getaway home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to parks, shopping, local beaches, trails, freeways, Disneyland, and John Wayne Airport. Beautiful open home layout with a large, private backyard which includes a pool and jacuzzi. *This home features a Master Bedroom and bath upstairs, along with larger suite (which was originally two bedrooms) with a tub/shower across the hall. Downstairs there is a smaller room with a full-size bed. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. *Kitchen is fully equipped. One table near the kitchen seats 4. Dining room table seats 8. Patio table seats 8 however there are folding tables and chairs in the garage that can provide seating for 20. *Central air and heat *Washer and dryer available *Whole house filtrated water system *Private patio, pool and jacuzzi. Pool is not heated in the summer. Pool can be heated in the winter for an additional fee. Swimming is at your own risk.

*There is 1 TV in the downstairs Family Room. Guests will need to log into their streaming account. Please remember to log out when you leave. *There is a doggy door for small dogs (approx 20 lbs) *There is wireless internet available *All essentials are provided; bed sheets, starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, iron/board. *Garage will park one car and there is a two car driveway to park additional cars. Street parking is allowed. There is room on the side of the house for a small trailer/rv. *There is a Ring camera at the main door. *Pool heating can be arranged for an additional fee of $50/day ($200 minimum charge). Maximum heat is limited to 82F. Should this be exceeded security deposit will be forfeited. Pool is not heated during summer months. The temperature is perfect (80+) naturally. *All rentals require a rental agreement signed naming all adult occupants, along with valid ID.
