Important items to remember: Any violation of the house rules and your signed contract will result in a fine or eviction. • NO PETS. The property is not pet friendly and no pets are allowed. A non-refundable fine of $1,000 will be charged. • NO SMOKING. All our properties have a no smoking policy. Smoking will result in a $1,500 fine. • NO PARTIES: We do not allow parties/events at this property, please respect occupancy limits and noise ordinance. • UTILITIES: During the months of May to September, there will be a cap of utilities of $300 per month and any overages will be the responsibility of the guests. • HOMES HAVE STRICT OCCUPANCY LIMITS. Over occupying the home will result in fines and/or eviction. • CHECK-IN: The City of La Quinta requires a copy of an ID prior to check-in. • MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT. The city of La Quinta requires the signer to be 25 years of age. • CHARGES FOR VIOLATIONS of house rules are strictly enforced. You can expect to be fined for smoking, damages to property, excess trash, extra cleaning, over occupying, outdoor music, large parties, moving furniture, pets without consent, or violations of any kind to our house rule or signed agreement. Fines and violations can range from $150 to $10,000 based on the severity of the violation of house rules and damages incurred. Please note: Pool heat utilities usage is responsibility of guests, we require a monthly deposit of $1500 per month and will deduct the gas usage from the deposit.
