Welcome to our Indian Wells retreat where all of your living wants and needs are met. You'll feel warm light pour through the open layout. The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded appliances that will exceed all of your culinary expectations. The dark counter and cherry-toned cabinets will encourage you to stay in the kitchen, but venture out to the 7 bedrooms ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 3 bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check out the TVs located throughout house and know that you and your friends/ family will be able to relax and enjoy their time here. You'll also stay connected with Wi-Fi included. Outside you'll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside. The spa is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening of stargazing. You'll be at ease knowing that any little ones are safe to play outside with the protective gate around the pool. As everyone migrates to the yard, you'll have the grill fired up should you decide to BBQ. All of your guests will be comfortable with the full set of patio furniture. For those who decide to stay up a little later, the fire pit is a perfect feature with which to wind down the day. As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to our house rules, keeping all outside noise to a minimum, and following shelter-in-place guidelines. We will not tolerate any excessive noise or partying and have the right to vacate you from the property should this be an issue. Please note that if your reservation dates have been moved, all cancellation policies remain attached to your original reservation date. Please refer to your rental agreement or house rules for more information. If you need accommodations for a group greater than 14 guests, please inquire on the home we also manage adjacent to this property. We will gladly explore booking options for both properties to meet your needs. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests.
