Come enjoy all this home has to offer, including a bright & open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, plush linens & beds, indoor/outdoor activities, and pool & spa! As you make your way through the home, step into the kitchen, which is outfitted with upgraded appliances that will exceed all of your culinary expectations. The wall of windows brings the natural light in and will encourage you to stay in the kitchen, but venture out to the rest of the home. Starting with the 8 bedrooms, ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay, you'll have everything you need to unwind. Each of the 3 bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries to get you started. Check out the TVs located throughout house and know that you and your friends/ family will be able to relax and enjoy their time here. You'll also stay connected with Wi-Fi included. But who needs TV when you have ping pong!? Take it upstairs and get the tournaments going! After you school them in ping pong you can entice them outside to the patio area where we have poker waiting... Outside you'll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside. Take a dip in your heated pool and spa while the chef of the group grills up lunch on the gas grill. All of your guests will be comfortable with the full set of patio furniture. For those who decide to stay up a little later, the fire pit is a perfect feature with which to wind down the day. If you're looking to stay entertained, there is plenty to do on-site including basketball, poker, and corn-hole! As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to our house rules, keeping all outside noise to a minimum, and following shelter-in-place guidelines. We will not tolerate any excessive noise or partying and have the right to vacate you from the property should this be an issue. We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, AvantStay is unable to receive or sign for the items on your behalf. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.
