This unit has an updated kitchen, with all your appliances including full fridge, stove, oven, blender, toaster, and microwave. There is a washer and dryer. Tiled flooring, and renovated bathrooms. Outside of the home has great views from the deck off the living room and the deck off the Master bedroom upstairs. There are TV's in living room and master bedroom with complimentary Wi-Fi. Sleeps up to 7 people; queen in the master bedroom, queen in second bedroom and 1 twin and in the third bedroom is also a queen located just off the entryway. All beds include top grade linens and towels. Parking for 2 cars under carport. Public beach access close to the complex.

The Ocean Dunes resort offers 3 outdoor pool options, use of the Clubhouse which has a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi hot-tub, men's and women's changing rooms with showers and saunas, a work-out room with good equipment, tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard, and outdoor playground for young children. The recreation center is open Sunday to Sunday 9am - 9pm for your convenience during PEAK SEASON. Any closing of amenties is at the HOA's control and does not qualify for a refund from Property Manager. Outdoor pools are open 9am to dusk from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Close to the aquarium and Fort Fisher ferry entrance. Short 2 miles to center of Carolina Beach boardwalk, restaurants, and shopping. Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including walking and playground on the nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. You can swim in the pools or enjoy the ocean from the private access beach. Sleep in or get up early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. There's activity on The Island year-round!
