This gorgeous oceanfront condo directly on the beach awaits you for your next fun filled family vacation! Located at the Ocean Dunes Condo Complex this home has everything you need for a relaxing stay including three community pools, a rec center, grills, and much more!
Condo Layout:
2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms: Sleeps 6.

Living room: Seating area with TV, couch converts into a queen size sleeper sofa, access to oceanfront balcony with outdoor seating.
Kitchen/Dinning: Seating for 8.
Laundry: Full washer and dryer located in closet.
First Bedroom: Queen bed, TV.
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, TV, full bathroom with shower/tub combo, access to oceanfront balcony.
Bathroom in hallway: Full bath with shower/tub combo.
Parking for 2 cars: 2 parking passes provided.
Arrival/Departure:
Keyed entry. You will need to stop by the office for check-in.
Check-In: 4:00,
Check-Out: 10:00AM.
You may call our office to see if an early check-in/late check-out is available. Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $25 per hour.
Items to Bring:
Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies and beach towels/items.
Things to Do:
Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or enjoy a relaxing day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round!
Registered Guests Must Be 25 Years of Age. Family groups only. No sororities, fraternities, prom groups, etc. You will be asked to vacate immediately if you misrepresent yourself or others in your group. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is STRICTLY enforced. Exceeding the stated occupancy will result in rental termination. NO refund will be given if you are asked to vacate the premises.
