We reserve the right to remove guests who violate these rules and/or cause disturbances in the community. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, including the patio and screened-in lanai/pool area. Guests found smoking will be required to pay for additional cleaning/deodorizing and will be asked to vacate the property with no refund of rental monies. • Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a fine and an immediate termination of your booking. • Pets are not permitted in the home. Any violation of this will result in a 100% forfeit of the stay and a request to vacate the property with immediate effect. • Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use.
