After a fun-filled day at the theme parks, unwind in your own private hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the stars or sharing a romantic evening. Start your mornings with a coffee on the patio, soaking up the Florida sunshine, or fire up the BBQ grill for a family cookout. Guests also enjoy access to Compass Bay's resort-style amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, cabanas, gazebos, a children's playground, scenic walking trails, picnic areas, and proximity to golf courses, shopping, and dining. Located near a variety of restaurants and shopping centers. • Less than a 10-minute ride from Disney World Resort, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios (Travel times may vary due to traffic) • Location: Kilamey Way, Kissimmee, FL, 34746, US • Parking: The garage has space for 1 vehicle. Additional guests can park in the guest lot, which is first-come, first-served. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Important information for your arrival: Self-Check-In: • Check-in: 4:00 pm • Check-out: 10:00 am Access code will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items. House rules and guidelines for your comfort: HOT TUB: This property is equipped with a private outdoor Hot Tub which requires manual setup on the day of arrival. There is a $100 setup & Sanitization fee required. A $35 additional fee is required for each change of water and sanitization during the stay. Guests must prepay and make arrangements to use the Hot Tub prior to arrival. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
