Property Summary

Our beautiful home sleeps four comfortably. Located in the top-rated Windsor Palms Resort. This fun family gated resort community is just minutes from Disney's Magic Kingdom and not far to all the major Orlando theme parks and attractions. Cozy and updated are a few ways to describe this 2 bedroom third floor condo that sleeps up to 4 guests. One bedroom with a queen bed and the other room has 2 twin beds. The living room is open with plenty of natural light. The kitchen brings all the conveniences of home right with you on vacation. You can make a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner here. Enjoy all your meals and gather around the 6-person dining table. This home also has high-speed internet. Do not forget the washer and dryer so you never run out of fresh clothes. RESORT. The resort is a gated community with a 24 hour guard . It is beautifully landscaped and very clean with ample parking. It is so close to the Magic Kingdom you can actually see the Fireworks from the top of the entrance bridge. *Please remember that our home is non-smoking, and we have a strict no-pets policy as well. Please note that the Community allows only 4 cars per property. No commercial vechicles, trailers, boats, etc are not allowed in the community. See below what's not allowed in the community. Commercial Vehicles: 1. Definition of a commercial vehicle is any combination of three (3) criteria listed below: 2. Vehicle has a curb vehicle weight over 5,800 lbs or 6,800 lbs gross weight 3. Vehicle has additional equipment installed to allow: 4. Plowing 5. Lift other vehicles 6. Lift gate 7. Mechanical arms that enable lifting materials, personnel service buckets etc. 8. Tow hitches, bars or arms 9. Vehicle has commercial tags 10. Vehicle owned by a company 11. Vehicle has lettering, magnetic sign, decal or a wrap advertising a service or retail product with or without contact information 12. Vehicle has ladder racks 13. Vehicle has material transport racks/boxes 14. Vehicle seats over 8 people 15. Vehicle is registered or tagged as a livery or limousine 16. Vehicle has dual axles 17. Vehicle has a mount in bed for “fifth wheel” trailer towing b. Recreational Vehicles (RV or Motor Home) – All types towed or self-powered i. Defined as both motorized and non-motorized vehicles that combine transportation and temporary living quarters for travel, recreation or camping. c. Trailers for: Cars, Boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, debris removal, utility use etc. d. The following other types of vehicles may not be operated within community: i. All-terrain Vehicles (ATV) – any Non-Over Road Vehicle ii. Mini-bikes iii. Vehicles not registered or insured to operate on public roads e. The exceptions to non-over road vehicles are only to be used by the community vendors and management in the performance of maintenance and the execution of community related business. Once inside this beautiful resort you will be exposed to resort living at its best, from the Olympic size swimming pool and Hot Tub, to a fenced in children's splash area, along with tennis, volley ball and basketball courts. The community center has a movie theater that seats 55 people and shows 4 movies a day. NOTE! THE THEATER IS NOW ABLE TO SHOW 3-D MOVIE ON ITS LARGE MOVIE SCREEN AT NO CHARGE TO OUR VACATIONERS. Their is a fitness center to be used by its guest. Their is a picnic area with bar-b-que's. A small grocery store is located within the community center for your convenience. All in all Windsor Palms is the Best Resort you could visit. Attractions: Being only 2.5 miles from the Magical Kingdom you will not waste any of your precious time getting stuck in traffic on the major highways. Major shopping centers are located within a 5 mile radius such as Target, Walmart, Walgreens,Cvs etc. Restaurants are so numerous and within a 5 miles radius you could eat out every night and not eat at the same restaurant twice. , Olive Garden, Outback, Fridays etc. All major attrac
