The Birch Ridge “shared” common areas were renovated in 2023 and feature an amazing A-frame Great Room with full bar area, 12' shuffleboard table, coffee station to get your caffeine fix, microwave, water cooler, beautiful gas fireplace, streaming TV, receiver with surround speakers, high-top tables, comfy sofas, swivel chairs and bar stools. The entryway is the perfect place to take off your boots and hang your coats, while our outside ski storage provides a convenient spot to store your gear. The sitting area provides another small gathering place with streaming TV and games, plus a half bathroom. An elevator provides accessible access to the first-floor rooms should you need it (key required). You can also get all the ice you need from our commercial ice machine.

The common dining room in the second A-frame features tables and chairs with seating for 20, plus a pool table and sofa. Head out the dining room door to the front patio, and you'll find one of the two shared hot tubs along with a gas barbecue grill.

We have a gigabit mesh Wi-Fi network that provides a strong signal throughout the property. The common areas also feature Synexis devices which fights viruses, bacteria, mold, and odors using an innovative dry hydrogen peroxide technology. Our parking lot is large and will accommodate over 20 cars. We have two EV chargers onsite.

The property is not staffed full-time. Common spaces are shared with other guests. We will clean prior to your arrival and after your departure. Access codes to our smart locks for contactless check in and check out will be provided.

Your guest room is decorated in a traditional Vermont B&B style and features a new mattress and boot dryer.

There is no kitchen, but we do have coffee stations and bottled water dispensers.

• This listing is for guest room #4 on the main floor of The Birch Ridge. Other areas of the property including the entryway, great room, dining room, sitting area and hallways are shared space and may have other guests. We have two shared hot tubs available. There are a total of eleven guest rooms at the property. You may rent additional rooms or the entire property through our other listings.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and out. There is a smart lock on the main door and on your guest room.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire property is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outside and 75-feet away from the building. There is a $1500 fine for smoking in the property.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have cameras on the outside of the property, in the common entryway and in the common hallways of the property. There are no cameras in any living areas.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $1500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• Pack 'n plays are available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• All rooms have portable or mini-split AC units in the summer.
• You understand use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• We partner with Killington and offer discounted lift tickets for our guests. We also offer discounts on rentals!
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
