This four-bedroom, three-bathroom ski-in/ski-out townhouse is located near the top of Killington's Sunrise Mountain in the desirable Bear Ridge neighborhood. Perched just a short stroll from the Sundog Trail, Bear Ridge C4 offers true slopeside access to the Sunrise Village Triple Chair, providing one of the best ski-on/ski-off experiences in Killington.

Spread across two spacious levels, this home sleeps up to 10 guests and is perfect for family vacations or mountain getaways with friends. The upper level features a bright and airy living room with vaulted ceilings, sloped skylights, a cozy floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace, and a flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Just off the living room, the dining area seats eight and opens onto a deck with stunning mountain views.

The kitchen is compact but well-equipped, with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and mirrored backsplash that opens up the space. The main level also includes two bedrooms: one with a king bed and ensuite bath with double vanity and a whirlpool tub under a sloped skylight, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and tucked-away queen sleeper sofa—ideal for stargazing or extra guests. A second full bathroom is located just across the hall.

Downstairs, you'll find a fun and laid-back lower level with a bedroom featuring one set of twin bunk beds and a queen bed, great for families, and another bedroom with a queen bed and bold, cheerful decor. The third full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, long vanity, and your very own private sauna. Additional perks include in-unit laundry, a dartboard (bring your own darts), and blazing-fast 1GB internet for streaming, remote work, or gaming

Step out your door and take a few short steps to the Sundog trail, which connects directly to the Sunrise Village lift—an ideal starting point for skiing the Bear Mountain terrain.

• Ski on/off: This property is ski on / ski off only when the Sunrise trail system (including Sundog) is open. These trails are snow-dependent and typically open from January to March. No refunds will be given if trails are closed, so please check trail status before booking.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check-in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front entryway. This is not in any of the living areas.
• Pets are allowed with prior approval. There is no pet fee, but pets must be leashed outside, are not allowed on ski trails, and owners must clean up after them.
• The indoor pool, spa facilities and outdoor hot tub are open from Thanksgiving to Mid-March only. The outdoor pool, asphalt tennis courts and hiking trails are open Memorial Day to mid-September.
• Cell service may be limited in the area, but Wi-Fi calling works well.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
