Ko Olina Kai is a peaceful gated community that offers all the tranquil privacy you could desire! The interior is spacious and homey with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room with an adjacent dining space, and a kitchen. This outstanding villa offers sleeping accommodations for 6 quests with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, equipped with everything you will need: a coffee pot, a blender, a toaster; complete with all cooking utensils. Separate dining table seats an additional 4 as well. The laundry room is just down the hall by the 2nd bedroom, with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.  

The unit is a short walk to the community clubhouse, which has a  pool, a hot tub, and several BBQ grills and cabanas. It is also walking distance to the famous Roy's Restaurant at Ko Olina and other restaurants, shops, a fitness center, a golf course, and a tennis court. With either a short 3 minute drive, or a 15 minute walk, you can also stroll by the beach and enjoy the scenery of the Pacific Ocean.

At Ko Olina Kai, you won't need to travel far to enjoy! You can play  at the 18 Hole Ted Robinson Championship Ko Olina Golf  course, go snorkeling or scuba diving, fishing, or sail away to new places at the Marina. Experience beautiful sunsets at one of four sandy lagoons, or spoil the kids at Disney Au'lani Resort. Indulge yourself at the award winning Four Seasons Resort and Spa, or explore the rich culture and beauty of Hawaii at Paradise Cove, with your Hawaiian Luau, which starts with a traditional Mai Tai greeting, and finishes with a feast that will create the perfect blend of traditional Hawaiian dishes, local favorites, and continental cuisine.  

Only a short drive away are other great activities like visiting  the world-famous Waikiki Beach, downtown Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Pineapple Dole plantation, Hawaii plantation village and Hawaii's infamous North Shore Beaches. Ko Olina is about a 20 minute drive from the Honolulu International Airport. The resort provides limousine service and public transportation.
