Enjoy your Kona Vacation at White Sands Village in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom property on Alii Drive. Conveniently located across the street from Magic's Beach Grill and Magic Sands beach.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with ample privacy and peace. The bathroom offers a tiled shower and washer and dryer for guests use.
The guests bedroom has two twin beds with the guest bathroom in the hallway. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination.

Relax in the open living area that boasts ample seating and a smart television. Enjoy dinner at the dining table that flows from the living area into the dining area. Any at home chef will be pleased with the fully stocked kitchen.

Conveniently located across the street from Magic's Beach Grill, you are a short stroll away from some of the best food and drink on the Kona coast. Whether you are looking for a morning cup of Kona coffee at Magic's Beach Shack, or an inspired meal made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients for lunch or dinner, there is something for everybody moments away from your doorstep.
This top floor unit is located in the Kuakini building, set behind the other two in White Sands Village. Therefore, in addition to providing beautiful views, it offers privacy and a gentle ocean breeze. Wake up with some Kona coffee and watch the sunrise from the lanai! During winter months, watch a full sunset from the privacy of your patio, or walk across the street and enjoy it from the beach!
The complex has a saltwater pool across from the beach, hot tub, outdoor barbecue area, and tennis courts. The grounds are well-tended and include beautiful palm trees, many-flowered plants, and a large number of tropical birds. The perfect place to enjoy all Hawaii has to offer!! There are two covered parking spots below the unit.

This unit is located on Ali'i Drive, just 2 miles south of Kona town, and one mile north of Kahalu'u Beach (aka Snorkel Beach), and 2 miles north of Keauhou for easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. From this fantastic central location on the Big Island of Hawaii, you can visit the Volcano, golf courses, coffee farms, and all of the many attractions that make Hawaii a favorite destination.

Accessibility: Please note that the elevator goes to the third floor, and then there is a set of 10 small steps to access the unit.

IMPORTANT Notice for Summer 2026:
The pool and hot tub area will be closed from approximately May 2026 through August 2026 for major renovations, including re-plastering and deck replacement. Expect significant noise, dust, and construction activity—especially during the first 6–8 weeks—with jackhammers, mini-excavators, and cement work. While the noise will lessen during the final curing phase, the pool area will remain closed the entire time.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
