This is an older home that has been updated. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living and dining area, as well as a laundry room. The kitchen has all the supplies you need to enjoy coffee, a microwaved meal, an air fryer for quick meals, refrigerator and electric oven. There is a cover car port. There is a quiet spot in the back yard, with a lovely Oak tree. We are close to everything, the beach, shopping and hospitals. My husband and I designed the home for medical personnel. After covid, we wanted to give back to medical staff, by having a nice place they can call their home when they visit Jacksonville.
