While it's rare, if there are any felonies or misdemeanors on your background, we won’t be able to allow access and the cancellation policy will be applied. -We have a simple pre-authorization hold depending on your stay duration, which gets released right back to you at check-out. 2) Pet-Friendly Haven -We're overjoyed to open our doors to your cherished cats and dogs with open arms. While we welcome most breeds, we do have some safety considerations regarding certain breeds. -To sweeten the deal, we offer a daily pet fee of just $15 per pet, up to a maximum of 15 days.
