- $49 refundable administrative hold due before check-in for reservations 7 days or shorter for late check out, additional cleaning, indoor smoking, buildings services, and any charge not explicitly covered by Airbnb’s Host Guarantee
- 7 to 13 nights = $99, 14 to 27 nights = $199, $399 for 28 to 44 nights, $499 for 45 to 89 nights, 90 to 180 nights = $599, 181 or more nights = $1000.
- Additional administrative hold in amount above for each guest above 2 for a one bedroom, 4 for a two bedroom, and 5 for a three bedroom
