Check-In Our check-in is contactless, and your suite has a digital keypad. Before arriving, you will receive a video with 3 easy steps to check in and we will call you before check-in. This pack has all the check-in instructions for a smooth arrival on how to access the complex, parking, and unit access.

Parking is free and not assigned. You can park in any available spot. Parking is always “first come, first served”. The neighborhood With so much to see and do in Jax, we want to make sure you enjoy our amazing location: Mayo Clinic 9 minute drive away. Jacksonville Beach 10-minute drive, and Pier 15 minute drive. Neptune Beach 20 minutes drive. South Beach Park and Sunshine Playground 9 minutes drive.  Shipwreck Island Waterpark 12 minutes drive. Welcome! Please treat this home as your own and enjoy your stay in Jacksonville! We've designed this space for mature guests, so if you're 21 or older, you can instantly book! If you're under 21, no worries: you are still able to book with a double (2x) pre-authorization (see bullet #4). You can start your relaxing stay with us at 3:00 pm, and we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 am so we can prepare for our next lovely guests. For everyone's safety and in line with the city's guidelines for hospitality, we'll need the names and birth dates of all our wonderful guests before arrival. This quick step ensures a smooth check-in! Failure to provide this information may result in delayed check-in / or denied access to the building. ------------- 1) Friendly Reminders & House Etiquette -Parties, smoking, and drug use aren't allowed. If you've got some furry friends or additional guests, just let us know in advance. -We hope you'll enjoy every culinary delight Jacksonville offers! Just a heads up to clear out the fridge before you leave. -For a tranquil night's sleep for everyone, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. If you fancy some extra relaxation time on your departure day, do note there's a $100 fee per hour for late check-outs. -To ensure a safe environment for all our guests, there's a small $7.50 fee for our standard community safety charge. While it's rare, if there are any felonies or misdemeanors on your background, we won’t be able to allow access and the cancellation policy will be applied. -We have a simple pre-authorization hold depending on your stay duration, which gets released right back to you at check-out. 2) Pet-Friendly Haven -We're overjoyed to open our doors to your cherished cats and dogs with open arms.
