You’ll be centrally located between Downtown and beautiful beaches, in addition to the proximity to the Mayo Clinic Experience the ultimate comfort and convenience in our spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite. Indulge in the comfortable kitchen complete with a breakfast room or breakfast bar, fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, and dishwasher. Stay connected with free and fast Wi-Fi (up to 200 MB) and enjoy entertainment on the 50-inch TV, featuring Pluto TV, Netflix, and YouTube for your enjoyment. The main bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with its TV, providing additional relaxation options for your family and friends. The suite offers a generous open-plan living space with a dining area, making it ideal for families, couples, and friends seeking a comfortable retreat. We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why we warmly welcome them to our suite. We've designed this space for mature guests, so if you're 21 or older, you can instantly book! If you're under 21, no worries: you are still able to book with a double (2x) pre-authorization (see bullet #4). You can start your relaxing stay with us at 3:00 pm, and we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 am so we can prepare for our next lovely guests. For everyone's safety and in line with the city's guidelines for hospitality, we'll need the names and birth dates of all our wonderful guests before arrival. This quick step ensures a smooth check-in! Failure to provide this information may result in delayed check-in / or denied access to the building. ------------- 1) Friendly Reminders & House Etiquette -Parties, smoking, and drug use aren't allowed. If you've got some furry friends or additional guests, just let us know in advance. -We hope you'll enjoy every culinary delight Jacksonville offers! Just a heads up to clear out the fridge before you leave. -For a tranquil night's sleep for everyone, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. If you fancy some extra relaxation time on your departure day, do note there's a $100 fee per hour for late check-outs. -To ensure a safe environment for all our guests, there's a small $7.50 fee for our standard community safety charge. While it's rare, if there are any felonies or misdemeanors on your background, we won’t be able to allow access and the cancellation policy will be applied. -We have a simple pre-authorization hold depending on your stay duration, which gets released right back to you at check-out. 2) Pet-Friendly Haven -We're overjoyed to open our doors to your cherished cats and dogs with open arms. While we welcome most breeds, we do have some safety considerations regarding certain breeds. -To sweeten the deal, we offer a daily pet fee of just $15 per pet, up to a maximum of 15 days.
