ABOUT THE WAY OF WATER:
“The Way of Water” is a newly built vacation home located on the Northside of 30A's Inlet Beach, Florida. This vacay hideaway features brand new furnishings throughout each space with a fully equipped kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining, sleeper sofa in the living room, and an entire 3rd-floor family suite. In addition to providing a restful vacation experience for up to 10 guests, this private residence is also dog friendly! Your reservation also comes with complimentary bicycle cruisers for nearby exploration into the local shops and restaurants of 30Avenue.

Once you reach the quiet 30A neighborhood of "The Ivy", you'll find The Way of Water tucked away on the outer most street, just next to the tree line. The outdoor sitting area for 2, leads straight to the front door and into the main living, kitchen, and dining area on the ground floor. Inside furnishings comfortably host 10 guests to cook, dine, and relax. Whether you're the kind of guest who's tuning into the big game on Saturday or the one who brought all the family's favorite recipes to cook, you will all be together making lifelong memories!

The second floor leads up to the first walkout balcony, furnished with an outdoor dining table. Just before making your way outside to greet the Sunrise, there is a quaint coffee station waiting to brew your first cup! A designated desk/workplace has also been set up just before you reach the balcony. Two king suites sit just down the hall. One having its own entrance to the large open balcony overlooking the neighborhood while the other has a quaint view of the backyard, each have private ensuites. Most of the space on the third floor is dedicated to recreation and entertainment! A large smart tv hangs on the wall, accompanied by kids movie chairs, family board games & puzzles. French doors open to an additional walkout balcony overlooking the neighborhood, creating a fun open-air space to hang out together as a family! There is a twin over twin bunk bed here as well, followed by a queen bedroom just off of the recreational space.

Inlet Beach is a charming beach neighborhood located along Florida's scenic Highway 30A. * If you choose to bring your dog/s, there is an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog. The fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation.
* Smoking is not permitted

At any given point adjacent properties to properties we manage may go under construction to which we are not notified. Property Manager is not liable for any construction happening outside of the properties we manage.
