Your home is one of the very few lake properties in Terra Lago that is completely detached so it does not share any walls with neighbors. Similar properties are like condos/townhomes attached to each other. Your home boasts one of the corner lots so there is only one neighbor on one side of the house, giving you utmost privacy. There is also a small path next to the property allowing you enjoy the lake and scenery and short walks.
