No loud noise is allowed at any time, and music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 8:30 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed. 2. Respect the house and report all damages 3. No Street parking or no horizontal parking, fines up to $750 per occurrence. The house can hold up to 3 in the driveway and 2 in the garage (if the light games are folded up). We do have off-site parking options two blocks away in another neighborhood. 4. However, it's important to note that inviting guests during the day may fall under a different circumstance while overnight guests typically have a specific occupancy limit. We are only permitted a certain occupancy for overnight guests.
