No loud noise is allowed at any time, and music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and Eviction if rules are not followed. 2. Respect the house and report all damages 3. No Street or horizontal parking, fines up to $750 per occurrence. The house can hold up to 3 in the driveway and 2 in the garage (if the light games are folded up). We do have off-site parking options two blocks away in another neighborhood. 4. No parties or events are allowed 5. No smoking allowed on the premises 6. Must be 21 years old to book 7. Booking agreement must be acknowledged 8. ID Verification Check 9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Stay wandery for insurance purposes 10. Max guest count: 16 guests during the day and night. 10pm-8am is considered overnight. Guest list required by law. 11. Credit Card must be provided at check-in for incidentals, city fines/violations, and/or HOA fines/violations 12. Please be aware that the property has cameras in Door bell, trash can and driveway. By the house rules, any guests exceeding the maximum limit of 16 occupants will incur a charge of $100 per person when staying overnight. However, it's important to note that inviting guests during the day may fall under a different circumstance while overnight guests typically have a specific occupancy limit. We are only permitted a certain occupancy for overnight guests.
