Property Summary
We have owned our 2 bedroom Gulf front condo since 1990 and it is our home-away-from-home. We have a number of repeat guests and friends who have rented from us for a number of years. We encourage everyone to sign our guest book while in our condo; take a look at it when you are there... it's sure to bring some smiles! Not only is the unit clean, well equipped, updated and tastefully decorated, but it has the most spectacular view of Indian Rocks Beach and the Gulf of Mexico from both the Master bedroom and Living room. (If no one is at our treasure on the beach, the beauty is wasted.) We offer complimentary beach towels and bamboo mats to be used during your stay, and beach chairs can also be arranged for free upon request. There is a lockbox for contactless check-in. Our complex has a security guard on-site. No pets allowed.
