 Welcome to Paradise. This  beautiful apartment condo is located in a high-rise condo building , situated directly on Indian Rocks Beach (rated as 1 of the top 10 beaches in Florida). It offers full view of the spectacular sunsets to enjoy with your favorite beverage in hand from the comfort of your private balcony off the living room and master bedroom.  Walk for miles along the pristine sandy beach, collect seashells , swim in the Gulf or the heated pool.

Our unit provides a well equipped full kitchen with open concept dining and living room as well as a laundry room. Our smoke free condo has 2 bedrooms each with comfortable king size beds. We offer complimentary beach towels, chairs sand toys and a cooler for use during your stay. In the main lobby there is a great selection of novels to borrow. 

There is a lock box for contactless self check in/out in our security contained building.

Many attractions, parks, local shops, cafes and restaurants are within a short walk, while major department, grocery stores and shopping centers are just within 10 minute drive. As well the Suncoast Trolley stops in front of the building allowing you to explore all the area beaches, restaurants and attractions along the Gulf Coast from Clearwater, St Pete’s and John’s Pass.
